That being said becoming a lawyer is no easy task. But of course, the two fields are entirely different and one or the other may be more difficult for you than the other simply because of your aptitude, or lack of aptitude, in the skill sets required of each.

In comparison to becoming a Doctor, the cost of medical school will vary depending on whether you go to an in-state or out-of-state school and if the institution is private or public. Then if you apply the annual cost by the duration of the study, which is 7 years for a lawyer and 14 years the cost difference is higher being a Doctor.

Medical school is far more difficult than law school. Not only is admission to Medical School much more difficult, but the volume of study at Medical School is also much greater than at Law School. Doctors must complete a four-year undergraduate program, along with four years in medical school and three to seven years in a residency program to learn the specialty they chose to pursue. Once you finish your medical education, including your residency program, you need to take an exam for the state you plan to practice medicine in.

Whilst the rewards of becoming a lawyer may be great, it will take a serious number of serious hard work studying,. Becoming a lawyer usually takes 7 years of full-time study after high school—4 years of undergraduate study, followed by 3 years of law school. I could handle it. I would simply arrest them. I've considered it. I'm not the military type. I'm a veteran. I'm better suited for local law enforcement. I prefer to use a calculator. I can totally do long division in my head.

I wouldn't even try it. I'm great with people. I'm more of a loner. I'm a good team player. I'm better with cats. I don't have time for daydreaming.

I'm always thinking about something. Sometimes, I dream of a peaceful world. I can be found daydreaming a few times a day. I could use a refresher course. My school days are over.

I'm totally open to the idea. I'm still in school. I would agree. I would giggle. I would have to argue that I'm not. I don't care what other people think of me. No, but I'm an overachiever. I'm definitely an overthinker. However, it may take some time to start working for a firm, possibly longer if you choose to work for yourself. One student may say that medical school is tougher while another says that law school is tougher.

In reality, it really depends on you, how you learn, and your natural abilities and aptitude of being a student. Students who prefer science more may choose medical school while those that prefer writing and presenting arguments may choose a law school.

In medical school, you have a lot of hands-on learning as well as being required to memorize things such as medical terms and parts of the body.

So is law school tougher than medical school? At the end of the day, it really depends on you and how you learn.
