User reviews 2 Review. Top review. A good vision, but poorly executed. As a theatre practitioner, devised pieces tend to not be my favorite. Sometimes the sheer amount of ideas contributed by an entire company of performers can muddy the final product. I cannot help but feel this adaptation fell into that trap. The actors seemed to be miscast, and there were stylistic choices that were better fit for comedic affect, despite the serious intent.

I believe these artists to be competent. They are working with some excellent source material, and I could see some of their conceptual diversity considering the unique set and music , but the delivery was not where it needed to be.
